Fred's Turkey Burger
with mushrooms & cippolini
onions
and sautéed spinach with
peppers

Ingredients
- 8 ounces ground turkey (for 2 burgers)
- 1 tablespoon each diced red and yellow peppers
- 1 tablespoon diced cippolini onion
- A few dashes of Frank's Hot Sauce & Worchestire Sauce
- 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper
Named after my Dad, Fred Barone, because he inspired me
to use ground turkey for burgers, meatballs and meatloaf.
