Fred's Turkey Burger

with mushrooms & cippolini onions

and sautéed spinach with peppers

Ingredients

  1. 8 ounces ground turkey (for 2 burgers)
  2. 1 tablespoon each diced red and yellow peppers
  3. 1 tablespoon diced cippolini onion
  4. A few dashes of Frank's Hot Sauce & Worchestire Sauce
  5. 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
  6. salt and pepper

Named after my Dad, Fred Barone, because he inspired me
to use ground turkey for burgers, meatballs and meatloaf.
